anyone else having issues with 07 5th gear grind?

anyone else having issues with 07 5th gear grind?
So I have been having issues with 5th gear grinding and 3 other buddies that have hr cars have experience the same issue here in Orlando. In order for them to get me a new trans they charged me for a slave and Master cylinder.... plus labor. I am now starting to wonder if it is more then just the CSC. I am on my 3rd trans and so is the other buddy of mine.. Anymore input please.

damn, i did all the recall work, pretty sure im having some sort of issue. when the tranny is cold its LOUD! I mean sounds like its under A LOT of strain.
As for grinds I have non, but this past 2 months Its been getting hard to get it into 2nd.
My 03 SpecV did the same thing with 3rd gear, but that was a sycro.

i have a 07 and only when the car first turned on and driven is when i get the 5th gear grind, only when i downshift into fifth not going into it. Idk it strange but i have the csc issue but stealership wont honor it.

I am modded and they gave me a hard time went to another dealership but they also sell alot of nismo stuff and are kind of a performance dealership. I had to buy a new slave and master cylinder and then they warrantied my trans. I am on trans number 3 and have 50,760.

Two Dealership here in orlando tried telling me they would void my stuff but they can't the only thing they can void is if the modification is directly the problem that is causing you to come in for warranty work. They can't void your power train warranty over that.

37k miles and my trans grinds when down shifting 6 to 5 quickly (only once in a while, mostly when cold), i have been very disappointed in my Z. between the inferior black coating on some of the interior parts, paint durability/quality, mysterious serpentine belt/pulley gremlin, a plethora of strange noises, and now this trans issue - i really regret my purchase sometimes

I'mm hooping that the trans issue is only a cold weather thing.
