Wink Clutch Pedal Stuck on Floor 2007 Z

*I have searched and read a good amount of threads regarding my problem already*

Hi guys, I was driving today and my clutch pedal got stuck at the friction point and wouldn't come up so I had to have my foot underneath it to bring it back up. Mine has done this before when I was WOT but just once so I didn't think much of it. Today, however, was different. The clutch got stuck the entire time I was driving home so I had to bring it back up from underneath.

I have a 2007 350z and I gave Nissan USA a call when they first had the slave cylinder recall and said my car (VIN #) doesn't qualify for the recall cause it doesn't apply to my car...

My question is: If I make an appointment and bring it into the dealers, is this problem going to be under warranty? If it is the slave cylinder problem, it will be covered under warranty but what if it's not the slave cylinder.. Would it still be under warranty?

Thanks in advance

If your car is still covered under factory warranty, and you don't have any drivetrain mods, (clutch, flywheel, etc) there is no reason why it shouldn't be.

I had the same problem. In my case it was the clutch pedal assembly.
