P0183 and gas gauge wont work...

Any ideas on why both of these would happen? Im getting a P0183 and the gas gauge just stopped working. I tried swapping the unified meter and it made no difference. Any other ideas?

same thing has just happened to me i have code p1273 and my gas guage will no longer register any fuel even if i fill it
