Sorry IM not posting in the right area if there is one but i dontn really have the most time alotted to figure out my problem.. So i have an 07 up to date on all its oil changes its a touring and 6 speend.. I left for Afghanistan and my ex fiance got her hands on the car and when i got back the motor never ran or sounded right agian..
If I put my foot full on the Open throttle the car with Struggle to get to 4500 Rpm in any gear and then...just recently ironically right before I EAS from the military all hell brakes lose and now the car sputters and can barely get up to 20mph.. and all my gears dont seem to do ****..
Im not mechanic but i do know its not tranny issues... but what type of engine issue might it be any insight would be amazing ....TAOT...

 

Sounds like "limp mode"...any lights on the dash?

Any mods to the car?

Did you question the fiance?

If it's an 07, you might be under warranty still...take it to the dealer?

 

Service Engine Soon light on? If so get the code read and let us know.

 

I can make a dozen guesses, and most likely one will be correct. But what good will that do? Take the Z in for diagnostics, and get it fixed properly.

Perfz : Sorry man Ive been off the meter busy with everything going on right now..

Camaro: Umm A service engine soon came on about everything happened. Its kind of weird the sequence of events that took place i was driving one minute than everything shut off and turned back on.

Also I tried asked the ex-fiance what happened but seeing as shes abit crazy and she strongly lives by the on going code of..( If your gonna break up with me and I find out before you do it your gonna pay) her lips are completely sealed.. yea sucks but ... cant do much about it.. Im trying to get it to a shop now but with all this check out stuff with the Military time is the last thing I have alot of.
