Default New to the site... Tech Article Questions

Hi, I am normally on the sister site of twinturbo.net, and have signed up to this site as well, for my love of the Z.

I am going to be helping a friend do some maintenance stuff to her car.

Changing Belts
Flushing Diff Fluid
Bleeding Clutch
Changing MT fluid
Spark Plugs

I am a moderate-motor head, in which I can prob eventually figure most of this stuff once in the air and familarizing myself with the components. However, I would like to have the tips and tricks from you guys the experts, who work on the 350Z all the time.

One issue with the clutch is that it feels like it stick and then snaps all the way up near the top. Will bleeding and flushing the clutch slave help this?

Thanks in advance.

Hi. At the top of the forum is a sticky thread regarding the Factory Service Manual, get a copy - it has all the maintenance stuff explained along with the detailed stuff you'll need.

In the DIY forum, you'll find threads on changing belts, trans flush and spark plug change. There's also a thread on swapping the clutch master cylinder and that will explain the steps to doing the bleed.
