Radiator Fan won't turn off
I have a 2005 350z 6MT Base and I seem to be having issues with my radiator fan. I've noticed that when it turns on, it won't turn off until the car is off and is quite loud.
I'm not sure if it's an issue with the fan or perhaps a relay.
I've never noticed my fan run as much as it has been running recently. The temp on the cabin gauge is never very high, despite the fan turning on. I realize that what the gauge is displaying and what the actual temp is could be quite different.
Has anyone else had similar issues?
Thanks.
Cheers,
David

No, the A/C is not running at all. Outdoor temps have varied but it turns on even when it's cold outside. It doesn't turn on as soon as I turn on my car, it only turns on when I get going for about 5 minutes.

It doesn't turn off until I turn off the car every single time I drive it. So as soon as it turns on, it stays on until the car is turned off. When I turn the car on again, it will usually turn right on (at full speed). When I go on the freeway I can hear the fan going as well.

to be honest I never paid attention to mine on my Z but I am sure it is on everytime I drive. on my truck i can hear it turn on every time I drive once it gets to temp.
On my Z I cant hear it over the exhaust and everything else. But I always keep a eye on the temp gauge on all my vehicles.

You know this started to happen to me right after I installed the motordyne spacer. The fans kick in after the car has warmed up and continue to be on till I shut off the car. This happens even when the temperatures are at 56 degrees. To add my temp needle starts to rise even with the fans on no idea what it is. by the way mine is a 04 base 6mt
