New Alternator Blown Battery Fuse
Ok. i am seriously about to kill myself. I just replaced my old alternator with a new one from autozone and i blew a fuse. The fuse i blew was only one you can get from the dealership. It is connected to the + terminal on the battery and it cost me 50$ i have no idea what i am doing wrong but when i take the alternator wire off of the + terminal the car works fine but as soon as i touch the alternator wire to the + terminal it blows that fuse i have a good grounding on the battery because i can start the car fine without the alternator connected but it sparks like crazy when i try connecting it to the + terminal. WHAT IS WRONG?! The alternator does not have a grounding?? but it seems like it needs to be..

That sounds like the replacement alternator might be bad. It could have an internal short to ground. The alternator case is grounded to the engine through the mount.
Also check to see if the wire you're connecting to the fusible link at the battery is connected to the 'B' terminal of the alternator. Be sure it doesn't have any damaged insulation that would let it short to ground.
