Default Loose Steering problem

Hey, everyone, recently I noticed my 05 Z's steering wheel has a little free play about 5mm from left and right, it looks just this Honda video from below, please look and tell me what is happening here. thanks.

Steering components go all the way from the steering wheel to the wheels and tires. Lots of possibilities. In fact I have experienced tires with poor steering response.

A mechanic will have to get under the car for a look.

I am sure it is no problem with the tires, so what are the common problem this issue??

Check the joints on both ends of the tie rods. Then check the steering rack.

What do I go to check at the steering rack?

Page MA26* of the service manual shows all the points to check on the steering system. Any obvious looseness in the joints, damaged boots, or grease leakage is cause for concern.

* 2007 version. Page number may be different for '05.
