Default Torn Window seal? (pics)

Wind noise has been getting into my car lately when I drive over 45mph. I noticed the seal above the tweeter has a rip in it. Also for some reason it looks like the piece that the seal atteaches to on the tweeter is bowed out and not flush. What is the best way to go about fixing this? What is this piece called and where can I buy it? Is it an easy DIY fix?

I have this same **** happen to me...it's so annoying. The worst thing about this car I think is its window systems.

I agree with this car and windows.

My drivers motor just went out...nice chunk of change to get it fix.

Curious to see how to fix this issue.

Well, the piece is easy enough to get.

It looks from your picture that you might also need this part, too.

Maybe having the parts in hand will give you a clue as to how to go about removing the old ones and installing the new ones.
