Default Cusco 2-way LSD fluid

Well I'm planing on changing my differential fluid some time this week. I purchased my car and it already had the LSD in it. I'm aware that there are two types of Cusco LSD's: the RS (spring type) and MZ (clutch type). I'm 90% sure it is the RS model but does anybody know an easy way to tell which it is for sure with out taking the Differential cover off? And Which type of fluid would be best with the RS, which I assume would not need a friction additive. Thank you for any help

Ok, so it looks like I may have the MZ type judging by the harsh engagement I experience. Since it's clutch type should I be using fluid with a Friction modifier?
