Default Debris in Coolant Tank!

I had my coolant flushed and replaced in February of this year.

In prep for Infineon next Sunday, I opened up the coolant reservoir to check the integrity of the solution and saw rust/clay colored grime. They look like red pepper flakes. I'm just drained the tank and am going to refill it and rerun to engine to see if this debris exists throughout the entire system.

My question is: Is this going to adversely affect my car in the near future?
I can forsee long term problems with concentration and hardening of debris but what about right now?

Coolant has chemicals in it to prevent this sort of corrosion but it is going to happen. All you can do to minimize this is flush the cooling system on a regular basis.
