ok guys so i got a 04.5..oem factory keyless remote stopped functioning, i changed the battery (brand new energizer CR2025)...its been 2 days and just now its the same thing all over again..its like the battery is dead again...any ideas?

 

So it worked for two days then stopped working again. Do you have a voltmeter to check to see if it's dead?

Something could be shorted in teh keyfob (acting like a button is pushed all the time) and that could drain the battery. Did it get wet or dropped/stepped on, etc?
