Default Storage options, which is better?

I'm have a choice of either:

1. An enclosed steel container where the car will be untouched, but not temperature controlled and is a cheaper monthly option.

2. Mass storage facility for race cars, temp controlled/secure but I have to leave the key which means the car may be moved and/or started through the duration?

The facility is an open space no garage units.

Main concern is avoiding any corrosion or deposits etc... price difference is minimal.

I'm actually going with the container. I'm still concerned with the cold, but It's cheaper and I don't like the idea of leaving my car in an open garage where others will be in and out constantly and having to leave the keys.
