Default 2006 350Z A/C problems

Hey guys I have an 06' 350z and i noticed this last year when it got cold but didnt do anything about it. Well its starting to get really cold here again and well its doing the same thing. It doesnt blow heat unless the car is warmed up and driving. So if i stop at a red light it starts blowing cold air. Is that normal? If so THAT SUCKS! If not Help?!?

Thanks!!

You have air in the coolant lines. Someone who knows how to open the hood needs to follow these directions:

The heater should keep you comfortable in any weather. In fact the 350Z has a kick-*** heater.
