Unknown OBD-ii Codes

Unknown OBD-ii Codes
UPDATE:
so I've narrowed the problem down to this. I used the pedal trick to put the ecu into self diagnostic test ii mode, and then counted the flashes of the CEL. For those who don't know, there are four sequences of flashes. Each sequence will flash anywhere from 1-10 times, 10 flashes meaning "0". So a normal code would read out something like 2 flashes, 1 flash, 10 flashes, 3 flashes. This would translate to the obd-ii code P2103. My problem is that the code reads 2 flashes, 11 flashes, 10 flashes, 3 flashes. The problem is that the second digit, which is 11 flashes, can't be defined. Idk what to do here, but it seems I have an ECU problem for sure. Anyone who can help me or point me to someone who knows how to help me would be much appreciated! (thanks 3hree 5ive 0ero for the help getting this far!)
I videod the flashes for y'all to count for yourselves.
Hi,
I installed a new TD exhaust including test pipes recently. I used the nonfouler method over the o2 sensors to prevent getting a CEL, but a few days later I got one. I looked under the car and one of the o2 sensors had rattled loose, so I fixed that problem and reset the CEL. Now, a few days later, my CEL has come back on. I am pretty sure there is just a problem with my non-foulers, but just to be sure I had the OBD-ii codes scanned. the scanner read " P21000 = Unknown Trouble Code & P21003 = Unknown Trouble Code". I have searched AND called the dealer, but no one seems to have an answer for me (i feel like the dealers just dont want to help me without charging me for something.) Anyone with any help would be much appreciated. Like i said, im 95% sure its o2 sensors on the test pipes, but I just want to be safe and find out for sure.
Thanks guys!

ok, I just got back from a friend of mine's shop and he scanned the code on his scanner. He said that the issue was with the o2 sensor in bank two, sensor one. can someone confirm whether this is the sensor before or after the catalytic converter? I was having some issues cross threading the o2 sensor on the passenger side after the cat. if so, is this a critical issue? i was told that the sensors after the cats simply were there to detect if the cats were working, for emissions purposes.

ok, now im really curious. I have tinkered with sensor two on both banks, and haven't touched either sensor one. I've had one OBD-ii scanner read two different codes yet can't determine either, and another scanner read two identical codes, telling me that the o2 sensor I haven't touched is screwing up. I will get under the hood and see if there is anything visibly different about any of the o2 sensors tomorrow. thanks for the help guys

no, aside from the testpipes and TD exhaust, the car is stock. I am awaiting a call from the dealer any minute now, they are going to try and reprogram the ecu and see if that fixes the problem.
Does anyone know where I can buy a stock ECU for a 2006 base model manual 350z? i have a feeling the dealership is going to rip me off if I have to replace it, but I cant find a place to order them online to save my life.
