Default HELP~! My Z has gone crazy! (Electrical Problem)

Hi guys!
So I recently bought a used 2003 6MT 350Z
So on the weekend I was giving my Z a wash, and while i was claybar-ing the rear quarter panel and rear tail lights, I noticed my taillights(non-LED) were on! So I checked and the headlights and highbeams were on too!

But i double checked the inside and everything was off, so i started the car and hoped that it would put it back to normal, but DANNG!! BOTH wipers (front and rear) were on at the highest speed and i couldnt do anything to stop it.

At last i pulled the battery for 10minutes and everything was back to normal EXCEPT, now I can not signal. (but hazard light works)

I checked all fuses, it wasnt that. I have booked the garage to check but I have to wait till Friday, anybody has any clue WTH could be wrong?

PS: I have recently installed subs and amp in the car, that's the closest i got to the electrical, and my car has aftermarket alarm. but that's it. all of the rest are stock, including all lamps/led/hid

Thanks for reading. and please help.

Maybe you have water in your IPDM or fuse box that causes a short circuit . Was it OK after installing the amp ?

The IPDM is hidden behind the battery, You have to take the plastic cover off to reach it. May be you have a faulty relay !

after reading tons of post, i'm pretty sure it is the IPDM.
The stereo guys took off the battery cover and the trim around it off, seems like they didnt put the weather strip properly and i got the IPDM wet.

i hope a replacement of the relay will fix this! wish me luck!
btw, many thanks amr_electron!

so my garage guy said it was the wiper and signal switch ..
i went to this junkyard and swap the switches and NO it was NOT the switch

the mechanic kept saying it cant be the IPDM .. and its making me frustrated.

so i decided to wash my car again, so if its screws up again, i'm 100% it was not a coincidence. mechanic kept telling me that.. ARGHH

so at the end, after i dried my car, EVERYTHING was back to normal. the signal works again, this is EXTREMELY freaky. and im very afraid that it will rain soon and my car will go bad again.

Where should i begin to check? I have checked the firewall today (amp guys were in there), no leaks. and i sealed the two plastic mount for the batt/brake fluid covers with duct tape so no water will leak into the IPDM/Firewall.

But other than this, i dont know what i can do. pls advise ?
