Well yesterday i decided to wash the z and then after that i just started getting problems, first all my miles reset(like the one u can reset under odometer) and then my oem radio reset also. Then today went to get lunch then i couldn't start my car, it wasn't like when your battery dies something at least happens but it would not even turn electrically on. The only thing that seemed abnormal when i washed it was the cables under driver side was kind of hanging out. can any of you guys help somehow please? it has reset everything 5-6 times already. Thanks

And that didnt seem like a problem?? I would probably disregard the washing as being the problem. The water usually flows into channels away from electrical systems (and theyre pretty well protected from water exposure). Most likely loose wires(like you said) or an animal chewed up some wires.
