What is the most preferred method for getting your car up on jack stands. I plan on removing all four wheels to paint the calipers and I'm new to all of this. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

 

Not sure exactly what you mean, but here's what I do...I use the jack that comes with the car to jack high enough to get my hydraulic floor jack under the car and then just lift it up and place my stands under. I do remove the factory jack from that side once I have my floor jack under and I move the factory jack to the other side of the car and kinda go back and forth raising each jack. (I try to jack both sides up fairly evenly so as to not put too much stress on the frame). Hope this helps and what you were looking for-
