Default Legal Action

What is the advantage of taking legal action over say BBB arbitration and buy back?

I am considering using the BBB Arbitration process to have Nissan buy back or replace the car.

How would legal action be better?

Thanks,
Ja

legal action would be good because our time spent dealing with this issue may be reimbursed!

Default Possible legal action for feathering issue

Legal action is better than a mediation or arbitration for couple of reasons.

1. arbitration will not be able to cover all Z owners. Each Z owners will have to start their own arbitration action so others without the time and money will not receive any relief.

2. "divide and conquer", Nissan may not take individual actions seriously. IF this action can be certified as a class, Nissan has a lot of incentive to settle it because it can solve their problem all at once. Also, all Z owners can get some sort of relief without any out of pocket expenses.

Once I have someone here in Texas file a suit here in Texas, all the Z owners in US can participate in the action without spending any of their money because my firm will be fronting the expenses associate with the suit.

I thank you for your interest in this matter and if someone in Houston, Texas contact me for an interview, I can discuss this matter in more detail.

Please write me if you have any questions regarding this matter.
