Default Car "jerked" at 1st Gear, 2k RPM to 3k RPM... Help!!

Hi guys, I brought my car to the service recently and they had to change my fan belt and timing belts... After the service I noticed whenever I'm on slow speed on my 1st gear, around 2000RPM to 3000RPM my car sort of jerk? It feels like the car loose power for a while and then a split sec later the power came back and lounges the car forward, 2nd gear onwards is fine.

This problem only appears in the 1st gear. The car drives normally otherwise but its annoying... I've never have this issue prior to this service. Anyone have any idea what happened? The timing belt? Fan belt? or I need to change my spark plugs? Sorry for the long description I cant find any better words to describe what is happening to my car.

By the way I've only done aorund 36000KMs on my car. Its a 2006 Track model. Any insights of how to fix this is appreciated.

"fan" belt is a misnomer. You have two external rubber belts: ALTERNATOR AND POWER STEERING OIL PUMP BELT and A/C COMPRESSOR BELT.

And internal timing chains. Seems really odd those would need changing at 36kms. What precipitated changing those?

Ok yes the two external belt got changed... its external and can be seen from top. I dont think its the internal timing chains. Reason for change is cause i hardly drive my car and the rubber sort of became brittle and cracked... Oh and they also replaced a new engine cooling fan (Right hand side)?? This is the second time the fan got replaced. First time was still under warranty. Got to pay for the second change.

I would say unrelated to service then, unless you are losing all electrical power when this happens?

Go see if it's throwing any codes.

Check codes, then make a video. What you're describing makes no sense.

Probably an update on the ECU was performed or the ECU was reset and is in learning mode for a little bit.
