Angry NNA and Nissan - No one to trust about Tire Feathering?

Well to start off..

With the Dealer.
I took my car into Gerald Nissan in Naperville, Illinois about tire feathering. He told me that there was an alignment problem and that it just needed to be set properly. But by what I have read, many of you have gotten this done plenty of times. He then told me that he could swap the two front tires for the time being and he said Nissan doesnt replace tires. He told me to goto Bridgestone and tell them to replace them because the tires are still under warranty He did not want me to go there until he aligned them though...kinda shady.

With the NNA.
I called them today to file a claim. He told me that their engineers were working on the probem He also told me that sports cars have noise problems and that if I didnt like the loud noise, I shouldnt have gotten a sports car I told him that this didnt start happening till I hit 10,000 miles which then he said these tires only last till about 16,000 miles, but mine are already shot! He told me that there was nothing I could do put have the two front tires swapped/rotated until Nissan comes up with a solution.

Sorry for the long thread. I dont know if I should try another dealer to get my tires replaced or seek attorney help. Any suggestions?

I have read all the posts and it seems so many people go through the same process as me, but over and over again. Is it to soon to go after the Lemon Law sinse it cannot be fixed?
