I've noticed that my car is getting louder and louder when slowing from 30mph, and I'm worried that my tires are starting to feather. I've also just bought a new set of wheels + tires from one of the board members, this means I'll be selling my current wheels and tires. My question, is if my current tires are feathering, how long does it take to get my dealer to replace them? I'd like to be able to sell my wheels with a brand new set of tires on them, rather than a set of wheels that are starting to feather...
