Default Window Problem (NOT MOTOR) help!!!

So I trapped my girlfriends hand in the window and now the window is stuck about 3 in. from the top.

Ive bought a new motor and that didnt fix it, so I hard wired the old motor and it spun, which tells me its not a motor problem. Any ideas on what to try, im lost and theres a stormy few days coming. Any fuses or relays to check?

Its the passenger side and the window wont work with either of the 2 switches.
so lost

I think you just need to do the window motor reset... if you search there is a write up somewhere....

going off memory, I think you put the window all the way down and press the little rubber button the window motor, then put the window all the way up and press it. (maybe have to press it for like 5secs)... don't remember exact procedure, so dont take my word on it.

good luck
