Default Ignored my Z and now I'm getting bitten...hard

Hey guys,
I know i am gonna get a lot of crab for this post, just hope some of it is actually helpful, so there we go,
+03 enthusiast, MT
+Have been changing oil using Mobil1 Synthetic .
+Have K&N air filter and kept it clean with the K&N kit.
+put platinum spark plugs at 100K
Problems:
-Rattling underneath thee car when clutch is engaged and pushing gas
-Haven't done my 90K or 100K maintenance and now i got 114K on it.
-have not changed my coolant since 70K
-when car is cold, i hear a grinding noise every time i touch the clutch
-i think there is power steering fluid leak, have to add 2 marks every morning although it never goes lower than the lowest mark, no matter how long i leave it parked.
-i think i might also have an engine oil leak; have to add about a quart every few days

wow, that is a long list....now any advice?
Is changing the tran fluid necessary (manual trani)? why?
oil pump? gas pump? belt? fuel injectors?
how can i know where the leak is coming from?

dude, seriously...learn to use the forum...there are plenty of DIY guides for repairs and trouble shooting...we're not going to spoon feed you because you neglect to maintain your car

Bent exhaust shield? Perhaps you ran over something?

Bent flywheel? Defective throw out bearing?

Any fluids on the ground? Are you checking the fluid hot or cold? Any change in steering feel? Leaking cylinder pistons would give a less responsive feel.

Again, any fluids on the ground? Under the valve cover, right above the block? Does your coolant look milky, like there's oil? A milky coolant means bad freeze plugs and/or defective cylinder head gasket. If there's absolutely no fluid anywhere else, then you might have bad piston rings.

Of course, these are generic answers for vey general questions. Good luck, you need a mechanic.

Wow, a quart every few days? I would say you have an issue. And you said you use Mobil1 synthetic, I use that oil also. And at about $8-$9 a quart I would certainly find out why it is losing a quart every few days. That is around $16-$20 worth of oil you are losing in a week.

"Few days" means nothing to me. 3 days or 30 days. 10 or 10,000 miles? Something as important as adding oil I assume you keep a log.

Thats what you get for neglecting your car...now you find out the hard way. I don't get why people do that then complain if there's a failure of some sort. Cars cost too much for you to be lazy about maintenance.

Sounds like power steering seals, throw out bearing, and a bad case of oil consumption. Maybe tranny probs...
Yes changing your fluids is important. But its too late, your car is going to explode anytime now....

Sounds like you need to check your alternator fluid.

It is pretty hard to diagnose a car through a forum post, why not take it to a shop? They will do an inspection(if you pay for it of course, depends on the shop if they charge). Then hopefully they give you a quote/list of items faulty with the car. Take it from there, decide what you can do or what you need to have done for you.

For the people here that really have no mechanical skills when stuff really goes wrong I suggest bring it to a mechanic. If its small stuff by all means try yourself until you feel more confident on the harder problems.

-Rattling underneath thee car when clutch is engaged and pushing gas ZERO clue on this aside from randomw guesses. Need bettter description.
-Haven't done my 90K or 100K maintenance and now i got 114K on it. My extremely well cared for engine just threw a rod at 103k.. youd better jump on this my friend.
-have not changed my coolant since 70K So Change it.. and change your hoses and get a new radiator while youre at it for 150 bucks
-when car is cold, i hear a grinding noise every time i touch the clutch This is air in your line or a dirty.cloggedc/dying master cyclinder.. possibly salve problem, but most likely the first issue.
-i think there is power steering fluid leak, have to add 2 marks every morning although it never goes lower than the lowest mark, no matter how long i leave it parked. Where is this fluid going.. nowhere? The ground at your parking spot? etc etc...
-i think i might also have an engine oil leak; have to add about a quart every few days
2006 models have notorious oil consumption issues , called OC on the forum. But every few days? uh.. time for a compression test on all cylinders.

I have spoon fed you all this info in an effort to show you that by using search, ANYONE CAN SOUND LIKE A PRO. I learned all this stuff right here the old fashioned way my friend. Give er a shot, and get your car to the ER... its already heavily bleeding and could easily die soon. Cmon, you know we were going to say that. Believe me, the bite of a new engine invoice is FAR worse that whatever maintenance you will now have to perform. And thats the good part.. now go fix your car. !
