Default need mechanical help...

ok guys got another engine in my car (vq35de) everything installed,
i started the car up and it starts up fine!

but after a second or so you start hearing this deep popping sound and smoke coming from both sides of the headers..can someone please help me figure this one out?! its driving me nuts what it is. The exhaust manifold gaskets are new and the header is torqued down pretty tight....any suggestions?!!?!?!?

"pretty tight" you gotta torque it to spec. almost everything has a tourqe spec. you can rent torque wrenches from autozone for free. and look for the factory service manual online. other than proper torque idk what to tell you. i dont know that much. and its really hard to diagnose a car from written description. get it checked out.

the stock spec torque is 35 ft. lbs. I ruled out the exhaust manifold gasket. The white smoke seems to just be some oil burning off the headers from being handled.

The issue remains!!!

My last engine blew (it had full bolt ons +cam and tune)
so i replaced the engine (myself)
everything has went smooth until this part. I left the stock cam in this engine and only put my bolt ons on this. Took the injectors from my other engine with the coil packs and put it on the new engine. Replaced the plugs with iridium spark plugs.

Car starts up just fine. However it idles at 1200 rpm and has a popping sound like its misfiring. I replaced the MAF switched out coil packs and checked the plugs. Anyone have any idea what this is?? i will be posting a video within 30 minutes
