help my car takes time to start

Exclamation help my car takes time to start

hi there

am from Saudi Arabia and nobody there know how to fix the 350z

i have problem the car takes 5 to 10 seconds to start see the video

the problem begins when i change the old motor then the car be so slow

even a 1.5 Subaru is faster then the 350z i took it to car shop he told me

when they

installed the new engine they connect the left cam sensor with the right one

and so the right one he fix this problem but the car now takes time to start

he told the all the sensors are ok but the problem is from bcm or bcu

it needs to restarted cus the car sensors is ok

so tell me what i do now and how i can restart the bcm or bcu

or is there any body knows the problem with my car

Run an OBDII test and see what code comes up. To be honest because the sensor seem ok doesn't mean it is. If the connector is not sensing the right reading from the sensor then it will go into "limp mode" causing the car to be tremendously limited.

From the video it looks like Cam sensor 1 bank 1 (passenger side) because when the symptoms matches which that sensor going out. Im not speaking 100% on this but FROM WHAT I'VE SEEN that usually is the sensor that is bad. Just run a OBDII to be sure.

i had run the test

ok you say its cam sensors i had change them with my old ones and still the same problem

Hey Abdulrhman,

Check your battery, are you getting enough volt?

Check your spark plugs, are they new?

Check the crank sensor, make sure its installed correctly, check the wiring.

Also check your flywheel, make sure there are no damage to the flywheel teeth.

hey bro

my battery is ok its giving me 14v

my spark plugs are 3 months old do i need to change them

where is the crank sensor could you show a pic

i will check the flywheel
