Hello guys !!

I have a 03' 350z. My window motor works perfectly but in order for it to work, i have to press hard with my hands from the top of the glass to give it resistance or pressure in order for the motor / power window to respond. Otherwise, it will not move. My passenger window is ok.

There's some play on the window glass though , im wondering if its the motor's thats finished or its just something loose like a hook or something.

sounds like the motor needs replacement or a cleaning. The cleaning will fix the motor issue but temporarily. I suggest replacing it. Mine was the same way where I had to push on the window to get it to go down, and pull to come up.
