Default Axle Clicking & Vent Solenoid Valve Issue

I've posted earlier about a P0455 code and I took it to a shop today and they said it was the vent solenoid valve. They want $151 for the part itself. I find that a bit drastic and unreal. Where can i find one cheaper?

Another issue I've been having is a loud clicking from the passenger side rear wheel. I took it to one shop and they said it was the brake pads. However, I find that hard to believe. I think it most likely has something to do with the "axle click issue".
Today, I took it took a different shop and they said it may be because the "drive axles are running at an angle out of spec"

I have a 2006 350z with stance coilovers and 18" rays track wheels.
66k miles.

Can someone help me with some suggestions on what to do if this were happening to you?

It's probably somewhere on this page for less:

EVAP canister or fuel tank leaks
EVAP purge line (pipe and rubber tube) leaks
EVAP purge line rubber tube bent.
 Loose or disconnected rubber tube
EVAP canister vent control valve and the circuit
EVAP canister purge volume control solenoid valve and the circuit

So where do you think I should look first?

He used a double negative grammar construction to emphasize the point that he thinks it's axle click. BTW, it's not normal, but it is common.

I thought so. Hah I was just trying to make sure. I'm also not sure I should drive with the clicking for an hour at times at 65+ on the highway.

The diagram in the '07 service manual indicates the vent control valve is the one right next to the canister, 14920+A. The other one is the purge control valve.

I'd take a good look at gas cap and all the hoses and connections before replacing anything.

I have a 2006 z. Different motor from the 2007, unless that specific part is the exact same as the 2006?

And I've checked the hoses and gas cap multiple times before.

As far as I can see, the parts are the same. See:

Okay. Thank you so much.
Hopefully it solves the problem and then I can try to figure out the axle click.

Thank you.

Another quick question.

Is the valve located directly behind the plenum or is it under the car?

It's under the right rear of the car below the fuel filler door.

So...I'm having an extremely difficult time removing this. I have to turn it counter clockwise from 12 to 9 and it can only be turned to about 10.5 because stuff welded to the frame is in the way.

How am I supposed to remove this valve?
