Default Front lower arm removal?

So I found not one but two bad bushings today when I was changing my oil....

I searched and found some compression arm stuff but nothing for this particular part.

I'm probably going to go with SPL and just replace both bushings on each arm. (Since I need to take them off the car anyway)

Any other options? Maybe a how-to thread on this part that I missed?
