Default Shift ****/Gears Shaking [6mt]

I'm posting this for a friend, and I have driven his 05 G35 6MT so I'm hoping someone here can help me.

Couple of problems:
#I noticed when I'm letting the clutch catch on in first gear and in reverse, it makes a noise similar to a scraping sound.

#When in first and second gear, if I'm in low RPMs driving and the shift ****/gearbox is normal. Once I step on the throttle and accelerate a little more, only in first and second, the shift **** begins to shake uncontrollably and makes a weird clunking noise.

I would appreciate it if someone could help me and my friend out on this problem.

1. How many miles on the car?
2. Has the MTF/diff fluid ever been changed?
3. Does the clutch engage higher or lower than it did before the problem manifested itself?
