Default Help please- On/off throttle studder/hesitation...

I have a VQ35...My issue is that a have a 50~100rpm studder above/below my current rpm when letting off the throttle, or pressing on the throttle...any ideas? My rpm band is pretty smooth other than that studder.

Its a VQ35DE 2005 g35 6mt 95k miles...i bought it about 6 months ago from the original owner, he had lowered it an inch, short shifter, full stillen exhaust.....I replaced dirty air filter with k & n, replaced intake w z tube, changed spark plugs, cleaned TB and MAF, added kinetix v+ plenum, annnnnd osiris standard with e-tune.

As far as i can tell it has always had this studder/hesitation on/off throttle..but with the smoothness of upgrades and maint that i have done, this on/off throttle studder is NOW seemingly more prominent. The powerband is strong, and fast, and smooth when its moving..but only after an inital slight on/off throttle hesitation every time...or off-on when letting off throttle.

I have not thrown any codes. My car runs very smoothly other than the .5second on-off or off-on throttle ~50-100rpm bounce. So if i let off throttle at 3000rpms, the tach will qickly bounce 2950-3050rpms for .5 seconds, then will act normally there after...same for acceleration when going from off throttle to on throttle, but the opposite...so

Nobody seems to know what the issue is off hand on my reg forum 6mt.net...i thought i would try here.

My mechanical knowledge is limited, but above novice. My intial thought is a malfunction with the TB, or TB sensor. I just cleaned it recently, and it smoothed out my lower rpm band, as it was fairly dirty. Also it seems like it could possibly be a fueling issue, ie fuel injectors. Im a Marine and dont have lots of time or money, but if any can help I would appreciate it. Im planing on using seafoam via the intake tube or brake boost line, fuel tank, and crank case.
