Default 06 z little vibration onlt at idle..

hi everybody , my name is tommy and i am the owner of redline 06 completely stock . i got it for 12.200 and at 75k a month ago at a local dealership.. The car is absolutely flawless . nothing wrong , i love it to death, cleaning it eevryday

however everyday i drive my car, starting from cold start up in the morning , let it seat there and idle, i can feel as it have the vibration similar to misfire , but the car idle perfect and steady and dead even at 700rpm other then the warm up procedure . There were no noise , no thudding no sound watsoever , other then the clutch disengage , it feel like it vibrate only under the seat , nowhere else. Engine sound really quiet , i check my oil level every night after park for 3 hours and oil level is perfect NO cel, i thought it my tranmission fluid i change that out too. soon i will change the diff fluid with motul PA90 . Now the only thing that make me wonder if it were spark plugs because the car have 76k now and when i got it .and up to inspect it when i drove it home nothing was change , including drive belt , oil , tranny fluid and diff,
i am now start to believe that it is the spark plug . I READ ON 350ZMOTORING.COM that some peeps said that our car design to run a little bit rich , and there are also alot of peeps said that little burp virbation while idle is fine and also can maybe as little mini misfire and all that seem to be normal with the z and that is exactly what i have . any advice really appriciated. sorry for my grammar because im asian... sorry folks.just want to get this out of my chest and sleep tonight until tomorrow..

car when i got it and needed to be replace
drive belt were crack and dry rotted
oil are really dirty with fram filter
tranny fluid is stinking bad and shifting wasnt smooth
intake filter were extremely dirty

thing that i replace on the car upon my ownership :
new drive belt/accesseries belt (both)
motor oil - Motul 8100 5w-30
tranny fluid - oem 75w-85 oem nissan
diff fluid -motul pa90
oil filter - mobil1 m1-110 instead of m1-108
k&n airbox filter

Throw-out bearing?? Does the frequency of the vibration change if you rev the engine with the clutch pedal depressed?

Sounds like the spark plugs but idk exactly because ever since I stripped the z everything vibrates and rattles.
Start with the easiest things first and move up from there.
If it was a miss fire you would know. The engine would be rough through out the entire rpm range

Let me see if I've got this right. There's a little vibration at idle only when you depress the clutch pedal. It goes away when you rev the engine, and the car runs fine otherwise.

I'm still thinking throw-out bearing, since that about the only moving part you're putting any pressure on when you use the clutch. It may get worse with time, but it's not likely to fail all at once with no warning.

You'll probably be ready for a new clutch in the next 10-20K miles. I'd just drive the car until the symptoms get worse, and deal with it when you can pin it down for sure. You'll be replacing the bearing when you put in a new clutch, anyway.

I certainly wouldn't mess with the spark plugs as long as the engine is running as well as you say it does.

actualy i had the same problem and i found that nissan engineers, to pass emmisions or something had to cut fuel at idle to pass the tests and stuff, so the engine is running lean and close to stalling point, that is why 350z's do not have consistant RPM ranges and it bounces at idle a few rpm up or down at idle.

so dont worry about it, unless it is worse then normal, (but since you just got car you might not have anything to compare it too)
if it gets worse then its prolly what other people said

hope this helps

thank god i am not the only one... well it been there ever since i tst drove the car at the lot.. and even take it in and let them rape me 101 diagnosis fees to find out what sup, but they said normal...they said it completely normal..but i however dont feel that way... and actually what you said chocolak , it made alot of sense... my idle is perfect . doesnt bounce and doesnt searching for idle or anything just little vibration... but after done alot of research .. alot of people said the same thing u do..and i however tested my friend car and he also havea same problem and he said he alway felt it but doesnt know what is that.. so i guess nissan build the car "too" performance and just short cut someone that doesnt require alot of work for US emission control...

You're sound system is not good enough. Add bass and turn it up then the only bump and sound you hear is Kreayshawn.

Its normal for a Z to have a vibration(feel it in the steering wheel)when you first start it.
The vibration SHOULD go away shortly after you take off.Hey,if you are feeling a "miss"
at idle etc.,could be something as simple as the fuel system.By what you mentioned, changing clogged filters, dirty lubricants...,the previous owner did not do alot of maitenance. The plugs at that mileage should be fine. The first thing I'd do is put an additive in your fuel tank.Stabil is a good one...takes the moisture out.Seafoam is another.I know,Nissan does not recommend using additives, but it works for me.Try that...no improvement, change you fuel filter.
