Default Throttle body removal?

How can I remove my throttle body? It's just the 4 hex bolts connecting it to the upper plenum right? My 3/8 drive hex socket can't get to the bolts at a good angle, and they seem to be really torqued down.

I am trying to uninstall it so I can get to my camshaft position sensor that needs replacing.

Is it a 5mm hex or 5.5mm maybe? Would a 1/4 drive fit better perhaps... agh may have to buy a 1/4 drive set.

UNHOOK THE BATTERY!

Then If need be, use an allen key and a set of pliers (Pliers used to rotate the allen key from its little leg)

You can pull the upper manifold with the throttle still attached. And you can change the sensor without pulling the manifold.

You have to unclip the TPS as well. I had to remove my intake tube as well.

Okay there is no way to remove those bolts without taking off the plenum I guess. They are 5mm alright, but dammit if they aren't torqued down with some Loctite. I broke loose the top pair, but there's no way to get enough leverage for the bottom two without removing the upper plenum.

Will removing my upper plenum screw up my 5/16 motordyne plenum spacer? Will I need a new plenum gasket for the spacer?
