Default Center console resets intermittently

I have a weird problem with my 04 Z
Intermittently (about once a week) I'll get in and start my car and notice that

1.the stereo has reset (it acts like it temporarily lost power to the constant power wire going to the stereo; clock reset, station settings reset, etc)

2. The multi function computer in the gauge pod has reset. The timer, trip, and MPG functions have all reset but the weird thing is that the Shift light setting is still set at my normal setting of 6200 and not the 6600rpm setting default like how it is after you disconnect the battery.

3. My security indicator light stays on while the engine is on. I restarted the engine 3 times, the center console didn't reset during these attempts but the red security light stayed on. I drove to the mall, turned the car off, turned it back on and the light was still on. Went shopping for half an hour and came back and started the car and the light was off.

I don't get it....
BCM? nissan vehicle immoilizer system? Short somewhere? Any ideas would be appreciated.

Car Description: 04.5 6mt coupe mostly stock
Kenwood in-dash screen (installed for about a year)
kp tech window relay and T/C off relay (installed for about 3 years)

still having this problem. I replaced the battery about a month ago, anyone think that could be it? It's getting more frequent now, at least once a day it will do it. And now the entire ecu resets (odometer, rpm shift light, etc). Some ideas would be appreciated.

update: I had a cheap USB charger in my power outlet in the passenger side. Just for the hell of it I took it out and it's been two weeks since I've had this problem.

Yea but still, I don't get how a charger would have a cascading effect on all electrical systems.
