Default car blows cold air when stopped

Can you guys please help me out! A couple months ago my car sounded like there was water moving around in the mornings when accelerating. Now my car blows only cold air when idling. When I am driving or revving my car up, my car blows hot air. My car doesn't make that water moving sound anymore and I dont know if the two things are related in anyway. When researching water moving sound on forums people said it had something to do with the cooling system so I was thinking they were connected.

heat on? see if your coolant is topped off , sound like the water pump. pray to whoever you pray to that its not the water pump though lol

OP, you have a large bubble in your coolant.
Go get it bled and filled properly and it will be fixed.

Thermostat
Water Pump
Inoperative cooling fans

No telling without inspecting the heating-cooling system.

Mine was blowing cold air for the last year and I finally fixed it the other day. Luckily for me it was super simple and this cold winter forced me to do it lol.

I just had air in my system, I could hear gurgling noises every now and then by my feet.

I just parked my car on a steep incline (my driveway in this case)... opened the bleeder valve on the back passenger side of the engine bay.... filled with coolant through radiator until it was leaking out of bleed screw..... closed it and finished filling.

Worked like a charm.
