Default Power Seat Not Moving Forward or Back!!!

So the other day i went to move my passanger seat forward and didnt know one of my friends had left an energy drink under my seat from the night before and i think my seats crushed the can it it fried some part of the seat but i dont think its totally fried because it reclines forward and back and the switch makes the clicking sound each time i push the button to move it forward it just doesnt move forward. Its like only the connection the motor was fried maybe? Any ideas what it could be???

It could just be physically bound up. Unplug the electrical connectors (I think there's 2, but don't quote me on that) and remove the seat bolts. Pull the seat out. Get the drink can out of there and clean your carpet. Clean the electrical connectors with WD 40, and hook them back up. See if it works. If so, then reinstall the seat.
