Recently I painted my 03 headlight housings black. I dropped one of the bulbs and it broke so I ordered new and installed everything. When I turn my headlights on now the driver side will come on but the passenger side won't. Some times it will but no longer then 5-10 seconds then it will go off. I have to roll my lights off then back on to get it to come on again for a few more seconds then off again. Anyone know what the problem could be? Thanks

 

Have you try switching the bulb to different sides? This will let you know whether it is the bulb or the ballast. Good luck.
