Exclamation HELP! awkward ticking noise in engine bay!

Hey guys i have a manual/stick/standard 07 z with 69k miles on it and i was wondering if you guys could point me in the right direction of what to do, I know some things about cars but not everything. About a few weeks ago i had the brake check light, the light only stays on when i brake really hard so i figured it had to be the brake pad going out or needed new brake fluid, so i added more fluid and now the brake light doesnt come on any longer. Now this is where the problem starts, a week later a notice a strange ticking noise (kinda sounds like... a belt/pulley going bad or something but i dont know) this ticking sound only happens when i go 61 Mph+, now i thought it could be a bad spark plug or some kinda pulley? belt? but if that was the case why would it make that ticking noise if i push in the clutch or go to neutral WHILE going 80? basically cruising at 80MPH at factory engine idle (500rpm). even reving up does not make that ticking noise only happens at high speeds. WHAT COULD IT BE ?!? rotor, brake pads, axel? RIMS?! (okay that was dumb haha) but seriously its freaking me out and i cant figure it out. So if you guys could help me that would be great/awesome/godly!! and sorry if this paragraph sounded dumb i just want my baby to be perfect again

Difficult to diagnose a ticking sound on the internet. I don't hear a thing.

Engine ticking will reveal itself in neutral at RPM. Higher the RPM - higher the rate of ticking.

If ticking is related to MPH, it is generally drivetrain related. This could be anything from the clutch back to the rear tires.

alright guys i found out the problem, it took forever and alot of gas haha. So heres the thing, my car is lowered and i found out apparently i hit something to make one of the bolts on the bottom lose which caused it to flex while driving at a high speed, so after i tighten it NO MORE TICKING !!! so i guess this is something to look into, first time i heard of this haha stupid under armor. THANKS alot though guys for the post =)
