Default Code P0302

So i cranked my 350z which I havent driven in the past few weeks. My service engine light turned on, and it says code P0302. Random misfiring on cylinder 2.
What's the best way to fix this. Tried to check the plugs, but it's pain the butt to get to it. Any ideas on what to check first?

does the ses light reset by itself or you have to reset it manually?
