Default Shudder during acceleration 2004 Z with MT

I noticed that sometimes, when slowly accelerating the car seems to have a low frequency shudder. It feels like I am going over some small bumps. The clutch does not slip. I have put the car in all gears and used full throttle to see if there was any slippage and things seemed fine. It is hard to explain this shake or shudder. It only happens now and then. At first I thought it might just be the road, but I noticed the exact same shudder frequency in several different places i have driven which leads me to believe it is something with the car. There is no noise or anything. No clunking or chattering sounds. Just a feeling like the car is going over some soft, smooth bumps. Are there mounts for the drivetrain that like to fail at around 60K miles? I bought the car used with 56K on it so I don't know it's past history. The car does not look to have been abused and is rather clean inside and out. I usually get this feeling in second gear and sometimes first. And it is only on normal to slow take offs. I don't notice it when accelerating quickly. It feels like loose motor or transmission mount or something. The car does not do it all the time. Just curious if anyone has any ideas on this one.
