Not sure what happened but when I was driving the ABS, BRAKE, SLIP, and TCS light came on and my speedometer stopped working, I recently changed my rotors and pads, does that have anything to do with this or is there something else wrong

 

Did you happen to be driving on a bridge or hit a large bump while it occurred?

 

Just a suggestion. Put a subject in the subject line like

Squeaking brakes

instead of

Help

Need help immediately

or

If you don't help right away I will die!

 

I was just driving down the road no bumps or anything
