Came out to my car this morning and went to adjust my power seat recline position and was unable to get it to go back. I tried the switch to the forward position and the seat recline adjusted forward as it should. I kept toggling back and forth before I realized I'm now stuck with the seat in a near undrivable position. I tried the passenger seat switch and encountered the same problem.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

I just dealt with the same issue except it was only the driver side. Had to buy a new switch from courtesy Nissan. Easy to install. Cost me 65.00. Guys have tried spraying electrical switch cleaner and got it to work.

 

Thanks for the advice beezee, I'm going to look into that. Just can't imagine how both switches could go bad at the exact same time and only for the reverse of the seat recliner. I'll try the cleaner out.
