Default p0345 PLEAE HELP constant problem for advanced solvers

Ok so here is the background. I have a 2004 350z touring which has the DE engine. It has about 86,000 miles on it. At first it started misfiring at 6,000rpm then it kept dropping down to where I couldnt rev the car past 2,500 rpm. The check engine and slip and vdc lights were on. The first codes pulled were for the solenoids for the vvt. I pulled the solenoids, checked, cleaned and reinstalled them. Once I did that those codes went away and I was getting codes for p0345 and p0340. I replaced both sensors with OEM sensors from the dealership and the p0345 code still remains when I start the car. It idles rough and misfires and the p0345 code comes back in about 2 minutes. I have done no other big maintenance besides oil changes and plugs. I have a kinetix intake manifold and a JWT pop charger and light weight crank pulley all of which have been on there for a while so I doubt they have anything to do with the problem. I measured voltage and continuity at the harness at all seemed ok. If anyone has any insight on my problem please help me.

C'mon guys I know a lot of you have dealt with this problem before. I've researched this, and several other forums threads and have found some resolutions to the problem but it was due to faulty MAF installations and other non-relevant issues to my situation because my vehicle is mainly stock. When I replaced the p0345 cam sensor with a Duralast sensor from Autozone it did not even start because those sensors are junk. I then replaced it with an OEM cam sensor from the dealership and it started right up but still misfires and idles rough. I had a pending code for the other cam sensor and replaced that with an OEM one and the code went away completely. So I am wondering if I may have again gotten a faulty drivers side cam sensor or I am also wondering if I should replace the crankshaft sensor too. The problem is that I have seen many instances where all the sensors were replaced and it didn't fix the problem. For those people, like I said, it was either a faulty air intake setup, faulty aftermarket ECM programmer or something along those lines. I only have the JWT pop charger, Kinetix intake manifold, AMS lightweight crank pulley, and a Stillen true dual exhaust. Please, any advice or insight that anybody might have I would really appreciate it. How many people think I should change the crankshaft sensor as well even though I am getting no code for it? SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE, I MISS DRIVING MY BABY. I've never beat on it it cant be a broken cam since In the beginning I started losing power and RPM's gradually and I felt for the cams and their marks once I had the sensors removed. So once again I only have one stored P0345 drivers side camshaft sensor code and I NEED HELP! Thanks guys!
