metman, no, that's a problem with the window not moving, not the door being out of alignment (99%)
You need to check see if your window still works for starters. Then check if the interior light operates when you open/close the door. The switch is on the door jamb, check the rubber boot hasn't gotten misaligned and that it's still able to move in and out.

You shouldn't have to take the bumper off to the get the fender off. Should be 10mm screws on the bumper/fender. Then 10mm bolts holding the fender to the front apron/pillar. Id recommend jacking the car up to make it easier to access the fender liner retaining clips. One thing to check for also, maybe someone can chime in knowing the answer. Sometimes the hinge bolts are slotted so they don't allow for adjustment. I'm not sure if Z's are like this or not.

*Update*
I removed the fender, adjusted the door hinge, now the door shuts perfect.
The fender was kind of a pain to remove, simply because of how many bolts hold it on, and where they are. I had to remove a few screws holding on the panel that runs along the side of the car, had to remove the fender inner liner, had to remove a few pieces under the hood - all of this just to get at the bolts that hold the fender on. All of this was to access three of the four door hinge bolts. lol oh well
