Default Control arm stuck

2003
70k

Hey I've replaced both of my front lower control arms on my front suspension and sway bar links. I also replaced the passenger side rear lower control arm on my passenger side, front suspension.

The problem is, the rear lower control arm on my driver side front suspension is stuck on the bolt. In the diagram I circled the problems.

Red circle = bolt that the lower rear control arm bushing is stuck to

Green circle = ball joint nut, which is stripped but I'm gonna remove with a stripped nut removal tool

Blue circle = front cross bar arm that has been welded to the car (not sure why) by the last owner

I tried prying at the control arm and spraying pb blaster at it and hitting it with a hammer but it won't come off. Maybe it's because the front cross bar is welded at that one connection so I can't get the cross bar low enough to clear the control arm bolt?

Otherwise, I was trying this without removing the ball joint nut, and maybe I need to remove that in order to let the other side of the control arm come down...

Any ideas?

Once you remove the green circle and pop the balljoint from the spindle , red circle will easily become unstuck.
