Weird rev after foot off gas - need help
Hey everyone,
I recently found an engine and a shop to put an engine in my car and I came across a weird issue.
Problem - when I tap the gas very lightly, there's a slight delay and when it revs, it's around 2k. I can tap the gas pedal, move my foot away (to the point where it's by the seat, then it revs to about 2k and sticks for a quarter second. It's perfectly fine and responsive when driving normally other than the fact that one o2 sensor needs to be replaced ( it's pulling a downstream o2 code since one of the sensors busted while putting the test pipes on
)
Possible solutions - the vacuum hole right by the throttle body is plugged and the evap sensor hole is open on the bottom and other two might by messed up, I'll post a pic tomorrow.
It's an 03 body with an 06 non-rev up engine
P.s. if anyone has a vacuum diagram or even a picture of their vacuum setup on the back of the plenum, it would be greatly appreciated.
Sorry, I'm still a bit new to the forum, I rarely post anything, and I'm not sure if this is a repost.

Thanks a lot, I just did all three procedures now, but on the last one, I didn't see any light blink or come on, however, it's a lot better than before.
It's still a little "too much rev for a tap" in my opinion, but I'm so **** (giggity) when it comes to my car that it might just be me beyond this point. Regardless, thanks for the big help!
