Default Quick Leak Help

I need just a quick rundown of what this leak is, what the defective part could be, and how immediately concerned should I be. Thanks.

It is either fuel or brakes...both are kinda important.

If you touch the wet area cant you tell what the fluid is by the feel and odor?

That was my first test, it really doesn't have a fuel-like smell at all, but the liquid leaks clear. It looks like the middle line is the culprit.

EDIT: Drove it around for a bit, to see if I can increase the leak to see where it's actually coming from. It's coming from above these lines, through the hole at the top. It hits the lines, making it look like they're leaking. Clear liquid, seems like water, but it still seems to leak on dry days. I put a cup under the leak, will let it sit overnight to see what/how much it is.
