Default Quick Question : Coolant on 08 HR?

My coolant is a little low in the reservoir. What type of coolant should I top it off with? Nissan or something from a parts store? My 08 HR Base has 37,000 miles on her.

Thanks in advance for the info.

I'm not gonna lie, it took more effort to make that post than look in manual or google search. Just add water, not gonna hurt the mix. Make sure there are no leaks and that your radiator hoses are hot and fully pressurized after engine is at full-warm.

Use distilled water if it's only a small amount. You can also add NISSAN *GREEN* concentrate or use the NISSAN *BLUE* premixed LONG LIFE as well...it's compatible with the *GREEN*. Yes..you can also use any anitifreeze that's COMPATIBLE with Nissan..make sure it's not GM coolant Redish/Orange. They are all COLORED..so using a *GREEN* coolant should be fine. Nissan would be my choice..it's specially formulated.
