Default Help: Unknown wire

Hey everyone, i was doing some looking at my car, trying to fix an alarm issue and i saw a wire with a connector screwed to the side of my car down by the drivers side fuses (see pics). It appears to be a ground of some sort so i was wondering if this is oem or if its something aftermarket that i need to figure out what it goes to. If its oem then i am going to cut it and re-place the connector as its barely hanging on. thanks for the help.

mods: please delete my other post labeled "help", I submitted it before i was done on accident

Lol aftermarket. Rip the whole aftermarket system out and keep oem in tact or repair. Obviously anything that is not in a loom or neatly done wont be oem. At least thats the way it looks from your pictures.
