Default Upper control arm rubbing steering knuckle

So I have been having a bear of a time getting this right. My car is not slammed by any means, the fender line is just below the top of the tire line.

*Will update with exact height from ground, spring length,*

I do not have the car aligned yet as I am trying to get the height correct on my coilovers. I cant tell if the knuckle is contacting UCA when stationary as my tire is concealing it but I cover the scratches with painters tape to see if it continues to rub. It still is. Im not rocking wicked camber (thought the way neg camber may do it from when I first installed, but eye ball adjusted camber and still rubs)

UCA- Momentum Performance (Yes, I removed the two cast bumps on the knuckle per MP instructions)

Susp-Stance coilovers

Wheels- Work 18x9.5 +20

Tires- Falken fk452 255/40/18

Part# 3 is what is contacting, and appears to be about the same place contact is being made.

An idea of how its sitting and still rubbing.

If I can provide ANY measurements please let me know, will be putting it back on stands to try to solve this. I really like my ride height, but it shouldnt be hitting the UCA.

*No interwebs at home, will update from my phone with measurements*

Considering you front tires are an inch shorter than stock and your rears are almost 2 inches shorter than stock. You had to slam the hell out of your car to get the ride height your at.

^ This, I did the same thing to my car just the other day. I was sitting 1/5" off of the ground, and it wasn't pretty. 2.5" Seems to be the numbers to be sitting at

Im sorry, I meant 255/40/18 not 35. That would make them shorter, they should be almost the exact same diameter. Rears are 275/40/18.

The car really isnt slammed, imo

bottom fender line to ground, middle of arch/wheel 24 3/4"

bottom of side skirt where door line opens to ground ~4"

fender line to wheel lip 2 1/4"

Your wheel arch measurement, is that front measured from the middle of the arch to the ground? Your wording is odd. Stock ride height is 26.89, so if you are measuring correct then your fender is lower than the top of the tires 26'ish, even acounting for camber its low.

Raise it a bit, have it corner balanced, don't believe them if they say nothing will hit, double check after. My SPL's have notches cut into the top from hitting the seam ridge above them.

Extend the shock lenght and reduce spring preload, height will stay the same but you will bottem out on the bump stops instead of hitting hard parts together. Also shave the nubs off the back of the spindle for better clearance.
